2. Ordering Process

• Orders are processed on a first-come, first served basis

• Custom orders require approval of final design before production begins

• Production time varies based on complexity and current order volume

• Standard production time is 2-3 business days for custom pieces

• Multiple custom pieces may require 2-3 additional business days

3. Pricing and Payment

• Payment is required in full at time of order

• Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal

• Sales tax will be applied according to local regulations

4. Shipping Policy

• Orders are shipped via USPS

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

• Not accepting international orders at this time

•Tracking information will be provided upon shipment

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Returns accepted within 3-5 days of delivery for non-custom pieces

• Custom pieces are final sale and non-returnable

• Items must be unworn and in original condition

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Refunds will be issued in original payment method once item has been received

• Exchanges subject to availability

6. Care Instructions

• Each piece comes with specific care instructions

• We are not responsible for damage due to improper care

• Professional cleaning and maintenance recommended

• Store jewelry pieces separately to prevent scratching

7. Quality Guarantee

• All pieces are inspected before shipment

• Materials used are as described in product listings

• We guarantee craftsmanship against defects for 90 days.  

• What is typically covered: Manufacturing defects, stone settings, clasps and findings, structural integrity.

• What is typically not covered: Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, tarnishing, chemical damage (from perfumes, lotions, etc.)

• Customer information is kept confidential

• We do not share or sell customer data

• Payment information is processed securely

• Photos of custom pieces may be used for portfolio
